Noah & T Group announced on August 26 that it held an "IMPAC-NOA & T Group Grand Meeting" at the Windam Hotel in Casabalanca, Jakarta, with Chairman Derif Subeki of Indonesia's accredited human resources agency (IMPAC) and Chairman Jung Ji-taek of Noah & T Group of Korea attending.

The meeting was also attended by officials from Indonesia's Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Development (PMI) director and department in charge, representatives of IMPAC member companies, and 30 representatives of companies hoping to cooperate with Korea in other businesses.

The meeting was a follow-up to the signing of a contract between IMPAC and Noah Ant Group in Indonesia for overseas professional employment cooperation between Noah Ant Group headquarters in Korea in early August, and invited senior government officials to discuss detailed implementation plans for future employment of professional technical personnel in Korea using Korean E7 visas.

Noah & T Group delivered the requirements of Korean companies' manpower requests for each industry and recruitment standards according to E7 visas to IMPAC, local governments, and the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul. The E7 visa is issued to foreign workers with academic or academic background and two years of experience with expertise according to the needs of the Korean industry, but in certain fields, such as welding experts, the requirements for undergraduate schools can be lowered to high schools if there is an increase in welding technology qualifications.

IMPAC said it is ready to recruit PMI candidates and send them to South Korea, including plans to establish a Korean language education institution in Jakarta, and when the Indonesian government announces PMI cost structure, it is ready to carry out PMI transmission in a P-to-P manner through E7 visas.

Hendra Setiawan, director of PMI (Overseas Workforce Employment) at Indonesia's Ministry of Labor, said, "We will positively welcome the initiative of IMPAC and Noah Ant Group, and we will try to ensure that professional technical personnel using E7 visas are employed in Korea immediately, and we hope that the PMI cost structure will be announced soon."

Therefore, the representatives of the two countries finalized a plan to employ Indonesian professionals in Korea, and Chairman Jung Ji-taek added that he will make efforts to get as many outstanding Indonesian professionals into the Korean industry as possible in the Korean IT, gaming, development, medical care, and shipbuilding industries.

Following the meeting, they also had a meeting with Indonesian businessmen who wish to collaborate in Indonesia and Hana Bank's vice president of Indonesia on the K-FOOD Southeast Asia project being promoted by Noah & T Group.
