On January 30, 2026, the Korea Medical Tourism Promotion Association and GTG AEGIS ENTERTAINMENT signed a business agreement (MOA) to expand the medical tourism industry globally and strengthen digital-based promotion.

This agreement aims to jointly build a content-based medical tourism promotion model using global influencer networks beyond the structure of attracting overseas patients centered on existing medical institutions.

Through this agreement, the two organizations will gradually promote ▲ production of medical tourism promotional contents using global influencer ▲ joint planning of digital campaigns for overseas target countries ▲ cooperation to cultivate medical tourism professionals and content creators ▲ establishment of a linkage system between medical institutions and media platforms.

GTG AEGIS CENTERTAINMENT is in charge of global digital diffusion strategies based on multinational models and influencer networks, and the Korea Medical Tourism Promotion Association is in charge of strengthening stability and professionalism by linking medical institutions and industrial networks.

The two sides announced their plan to build a structural and sustainable global model beyond simple promotion, saying, "We will further increase the brand value of Korean medical tourism through a new medical tourism promotion structure that combines medical reliability and digital diffusion."

This MOA is a cooperative example that combines influencer based content strategies with the traditional medical tourism industry, and it also suggests the possibility of expanding into the global medical, beauty, and healthcare fields in the future.
