| Shined even brighter with a multinational red-carpet performance presented by the Global Federation of Culture & Arts.

Kwon Eun-Joo, Secretary-General of the Global Federation of Culture & Arts, is a leading authority among international models.

The Seoul Han River International Film Festival, held at the Seoul City Hall Multipurpose Hall, continues the spirit of freedom from the April 19 Revolution.
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the 2nd Seoul Han River International Film Festival (SHIFF) awards ceremony will be held at the 8th-floor Multipurpose Hall of Seoul City Hall.
The event, organized in cooperation with the Global Federation of Culture & Arts (GFCA), will shine even brighter through a special red-carpet performance by multinational artists.
The Seoul Han River International Film Festival inherits the spirit of freedom, democracy, and justice of the April 19 Revolution in a modern way, showcasing films that address social issues from the perspective of the young generation.
This year, 23 domestic and international films will be screened, making the festival a venue where generations can connect and empathize through cinema.
One Stage United by Art — A Red Carpet Shared by the World
With the participation of the Global Federation of Culture & Arts, artists, actors, models, and influencers from France, Russia, Canada, Sri Lanka, Iran, Spain, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and Korea will symbolically express cultural diversity and global unity through art.
These artists — including actors, musical performers, models, and influencers active in their respective countries — will deliver a message of harmony that transcends borders through culture and art, adding dignity and inspiration to the festival.
Secretary-General Kwon Eun-Joo stated,
“The Seoul Han River International Film Festival is growing into a global event that communicates beyond Korea through freedom, justice, and the creativity of young generations.
This red carpet will be a meaningful gathering that conveys the message, ‘Culture is the language that connects the world.’”
The Global Federation of Culture & Arts plans to continue expanding its international cultural network through future collaborations, including film festivals, fashion and art events, and global influencer exchange projects.
