The 6th Guam K-POP Youth Competition, which was held for two days from February 14 to 15, 2026, was successful with about 1,000 local Guam youth and citizens participating.
This event is a representative youth cultural event that Chairman Cho Eun-young, who is the chairman of the Guam branch of the International Federation of Culture and Arts in 2026, has continued for six years. Chairman Cho Eun-young has lived in Guam for 44 years and has been doing various volunteer activities, and the main competition is also continuing to revitalize youth culture.
At the 6th event, Kwon Eun-joo, chairman of the International Federation of Culture and Arts, was officially invited to participate in the youth event through the collaboration of the "Kungjung Hanbok Show."
The royal hanbok show presented a total of three stages during the event, and Korean traditional hanbok received great response from the audience.
At the event site, 500 Taegeukgi were prepared and scenes of youth and citizens cheering together were staged, adding to the meaning of interest and exchange in Korean culture.
